About Blaise Batko
- Renown New Jersey sculptor Blaise Batko creates designs to remember, honor and inspire that fit all budgets. His unique vision over 25 years of sculpting have led to over 200 exhibitions and over 40 one-man shows world-wide, including exhibitions in Japan and England. The award-winning artist, listed in Who’s Who in American Art, taught at the Newark Museum and Kean College, and has demonstrated and lectured throughout the country. Blaise’s works are in numerous public and private collections worldwide, including the Delaware Art Museum, Newark Museum (NJ), Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Florida, Hercules Corporate Headquarters, Wilmington, DE, AT&T and Exxon Companies in New Jersey. He designed acclaimed veterans monuments for the towns of East Brunswick and Millstone in New Jersey, and for the Squibb Corporation, New Brunswick, NJ, as well as the September 11 memorials for towns of South River, East Brunswick, Monroe Township, Old Bridge and Middlesex, NJ. He also designed East Brunswick Independent Fire Company Memorial and the South River Exempt Firemans Association Memorial, both of which incorporate beams from the World Trade Center. He specializes in creating memorials that are large in scope and impact, yet personal and unique to each circumstance and budget. Inspired by his dad, a USMC World War II Corporal, to honor our servicemen and women, Blaise creates that honor our nations heroes, commemorate history, or are just plain fun commissioned pieces.
